RETURNS POLICY

Asper offers an exchange or store credit within a 14 day period of receiving your order, provided the items meet the conditions outlined below. Please note return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer—original shipping charges are non refundable, and we do not provide free return shipping or reimbursement for it. Please choose carefully, at this time we are unable to offer a refund for a change of mind.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE/ STORE CREDIT

All items must be shipped within a 14 day period of receiving your order. To be eligible for exchange/ store credit, the returned item(s) must meet the following conditions:
  • Items must be in original condition—unworn and unwashed, as well as free of stains and odours (including perfumes).
  • Items must have all tags and hygiene liners attached and returned in the original garment bag.
Please take care when trying on garments as we cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions. If the returned items do not meet these conditions, the items will be sent back at the customers expense.

HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE/ STORE CREDIT

Email support@asperswim.com within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of the items you wish to return. Please include in your email your full name, order number and the reason for the return. Once approved we will email you with your return delivery instructions.
Please note that Asper cannot be held liable nor responsible for any return parcels that may be lost or damaged. We highly recommend using a trackable service for your return.
Once your items have been received we will issue you a store credit via email. The credit has no expiration date, so there is no rush to make your next purchase.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unfortunate case that you do receive a faulty item please contact our team via support@asperswim.com with your name and order number as soon as possible. If an item is deemed faulty Asper will cover all return costs and you will receive a full refund including the return shipping cost.
